Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between rai88 and every individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the rai88 platform at rai88.top. This document takes effect from the date of your account registration or from the date you first use any rai88 service, whichever is earlier.

Rai88 reserves the right to amend, add to, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the official rai88 website. It is your responsibility to review this document from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to the rai88 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years and above on the date of registration
• Is a legally eligible individual to participate in gambling activities in the jurisdiction of your place of residence
• Not included on the list of individuals prohibited from using rai88 services
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion or gambling restriction programme
• Acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party

Rai88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and the account balance will be forfeited without compensation.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at rai88. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances without any refund.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name as per official documents, identification number, date of birth, active email address, and a reachable phone number. False or inaccurate information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

• Your account password is entirely your responsibility. rai88 will never ask for your password through any channel.
• You must notify rai88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity in your account.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed, including submission of a copy of your identification document and proof of current address.
• Rai88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close an account for the purposes of security review or regulatory compliance.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Rai88 supports a variety of local payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum Deposit: RM 10 per transaction
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per request
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on payment method
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: Subject to account level and KYC verification status

Rai88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. This is part of our standard compliance procedure to ensure the financial security of all members. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity. rai88 does not permit deposits made solely for the purpose of fund transfers or concealment of the source of funds. Any activity suspected of money laundering will be reported to Malaysia's Anti-Money Laundering Department (AMLA).

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Rai88 offers a wide variety of bonuses including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, festive promotions, and exclusive loyalty member offers. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in its respective promotion terms.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or arbitrage wagering strategies, is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Rai88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonuses issued have an expiry period. Unused bonuses within the stipulated timeframe will expire automatically.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per account unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6 Game Rules and User Conduct

All games on the rai88 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent international audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to influence gameplay
• Manipulation of the system, exploitation of software bugs, or technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live games
• Any form of fraud, identity impersonation, or submission of misleading information
• Threats, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour towards live dealers or rai88 staff

If rai88 detects any conduct that violates these rules, we reserve the right to suspend gameplay, restrict withdrawals, and close the relevant account without prior notice. rai88's decision in such matters is final.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, rai88 system records will serve as the final reference. Players may submit a formal complaint through our customer support channel within 7 days of the incident date.

7 Responsible Gaming

Rai88 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of self-management tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss amount you are comfortable with

9 Account Termination and Suspension

Rai88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term in this document
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Requests from relevant legal authorities
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the rai88 customer support team. Once an account is closed at the user's request, any eligible balance will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, subject to standard compliance review.

10 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The rai88 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". rai88 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Rai88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Rai88 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or delays.
• In the event of a dispute, rai88's liability to the user is limited to the actual amount deposited by the user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
